That my friends, is the Eighth Doctor in the Eleventh Doctor's TARDIS.
Paul McGann is in his Night Of The Doctor costume, arms spread wide and clearly loving being 'home'.

I assume this was taken when he was filming The Night Of The Doctor, with McGann quickly rushing to the TARDIS set for a quick snap, but I'm still gonna spend the day hoping that maybe, just maybe, it's a hint that we might be seeing more McGann in Doctor Who soon.
