You may remember the brilliant Blues Brothers shopping mall scene that was recreated with LEGO by the team from Bricktease recently (the videos below if you've not seen it). Well possibly inspired by that Ichiban Toys have released their latest LEGO custom creation, and mighty awesome it is too. Behold, The Blues Brothers Bluesmobile LEGO kit.
The Bluesmobile custom kit includes 295 pieces with a professionally-designed instruction booklet. The car features the "cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks" as well as four functioning doors and a complete interior which includes an adjustable steering wheel, and front and rear seating. The kit also comes with an optional attachment, the large speaker used in the movie by Jake and Elwood.
The Bluesmobile LEGO kit is now available at Ichiban for $49 USD. Mine is already on order!
