Doctor Who fans are just plain awesome. Especially when they come up with things like this. The uploader claimed he had "Found a clip on old video tape 1970′s? 80′s?…like a Japanese version Doctor Who. Anyone?". Clearly it's just a spoof, but a pretty damn awesome one at that.
