Today In DOCTOR WHO History: July 19th

Oh my!

July 19th
Nothing. Not a sausage. It's a Who drought and, as you can see, the Twelfth is so sad about it. Either that or he's just looking down at the floor and remembering in his younger days that he once traveled with Bonnie Langford. Willingly.

So to make up for the lack of Doctor Who episodes, why not enjoy two and a half minutes in the company of Peter Capaldi and his band The Dream Boys...

Recorded in 1980, with Capaldi on vocals/guitar, the band had also previously featured Craig Ferguson on drums, although he'd left by this point. Here the pair are discussing their band, formerly known as the Bastards from Hell, and their days together at the Glasgow School of Art...

Join us again tomorrow for another round-up of the episodes broadcast, the spin-offs, the special events, the birthday's celebrated and anything else of note that went down on this day in Doctor Who history.
