I've not read the books but I'm told it is Catelyn Stark who is resurrected by Thoros of Myr and goes under the name of Lady Stoneheart. She is so long dead that Lord Beric Dondarrion sacrifices himself to give her life. Lady Cat then vows to get revenge on anyone involved in the Red Wedding.
Michelle Fairley, who played Catelyn, is currently in 24: Live Another Day, but as the death count on that show is almost as high as Game Of Thrones, it's not a stretch to think she could be returning to the role and get her revenge.
