Jurassic Park!! More Mid-Morning Matters plus an ALAN PARTRIDGE special

Back of the net! It's a second series! Take that Tony Hayers. (Let's see how much more classic Partridge I can badly paraphrase throughout, eh?).

North Norfolk's finest DJ is returning to television in a new series of Alan Partridge's Mid-Morning Matters, plus in a one hour "hard hitting documentary special". Lovely stuff. Not my words, the words of SKY Atlantic.

"I am both thrilled, humbled, gladdened and excited to be bringing Mid Morning Matters back to Sky Atlantic," said Partridge. "I expect those who doubted its success feel suitably chastened to never again doubt the wisdom of my career choices and to say nothing in response unless their comments are wholly supportive and positive. I hope I've made myself clear... thank you, let's leave it there."

Well done Alan, that was textbook. 

Shooting has already started on the six-part series with an expected 2015 air date. Little is known about the hour long documentary, although Steve Coogan will be in character as Partridge in that as well. I'm personally rooting for an expose piece on Inner-City Sumo.

I'm sure you'll agree that this is terribilis nuntius - which is Latin for 'awesome news', but you knew that right? You ought to have a basic grasp of Latin if you're working in Curry's.
