August 6th has yet to give us any new episodes of Doctor Who or any spin-off show, which is a bit of a pity as this daily round-up of episodes and such kinda relies on there being episodes and such.
On these dry days we like to share with you a Doctor Who nugget of randomness that you may not have encountered before and today is no exception. During the Classic Doctor Who years if a scene went wrong you'd often here an actor shouting "Happy Christmas VT" as these bloopers tended to end up on tapes distributed to the 'backroom boys' at Christmas as a bit of thank you for all their hard work throughout the year. Occasionally the cast may even record something special, as Tom Baker, Mary Tamm and John Leeson did in 1978.
This rare sketch titled Doug Who is something of an oddity. The Doctor and Romana I appear to be snogging, and when the Doctor is asked his Christmas wish... well I'll let you find out his answer for yourself.
